We’re Brennan Schnaidt and Kaden Settles, the owners of House of Epoxy. We started our business after working in floor coatings because we wanted to build something of our own, right here in southeast Michigan.
Based in Tipton, we work with homeowners and people who take pride in their garages, basements, barns and shops. You can talk directly with us about the space, the concrete and what you want to change.

Where does House of Epoxy work?
We’re based in Tipton, Michigan, and focus on Lenawee County, including Adrian, Tecumseh and Clinton. Have a project in Ann Arbor, Jackson, Saline, Milan or another nearby community? Call us to discuss your location and scheduling.
How much does an epoxy floor cost?
Our minimum project is $2,000. Your estimate depends on the size of the space, the condition of the concrete, the preparation and repair work needed, and the finish you choose. We’ll look at your floor and explain the scope before you decide.
How long does installation take?
We use a two-day installation approach. The schedule and when you can walk, move items or park on the floor depend on the coating system and conditions. We’ll confirm the plan and return-to-use instructions for your project.
Can you coat cracked or worn concrete?
Start with an assessment. We’ll examine the condition of the slab and discuss what preparation or repair is appropriate. Deep cracking, movement and other concrete issues can affect the result; we’ll explain any limitations before work starts.
Do you coat barns, shops and basements?
Yes. Along with garage floor coatings, we discuss projects for basements, barns and workshops. How you use the space and the condition of the concrete help determine the right approach.
