YOUR SPACE. YOUR STARTING POINT.

Your basement has its own starting point.

A storage area, a home workshop and a room you want to spend time in can have different priorities. Tell us what you want from your basement so we can discuss whether a floor coating is a fit for the space.

The concrete matters as much as the appearance. Existing cracks, surface condition and signs of moisture are part of the conversation before a coating is recommended. A coating should not be treated as a substitute for resolving an underlying water or structural issue.

House of Epoxy is owned by Brennan Schnaidt and Kaden Settles and based in Tipton, Michigan. We can discuss your basement project in Lenawee County and explain the preparation, coating options and timing involved.

How you use the room

Tell us whether the basement is used for storage, hobbies or everyday living. Your intended use helps shape the conversation about the floor.

The condition beneath the finish

Let us know about damp areas, previous coatings, cracks or other concerns. We need to understand the slab before discussing the right approach.

Access and project planning

We will discuss the area that needs to be cleared, access to the space and the installation plan with you before work starts.

FROM A CONVERSATION TO A PLAN

Bring us your basement plans.

No two slabs have exactly the same starting point. We will discuss the scope, price and timing for your floor before you book.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Know what to expect.

Have something else on your mind? Call Brennan to talk about your project.

Is every basement suitable for an epoxy floor?

No recommendation should be made without understanding the concrete and the conditions in the room. Tell us about cracks, moisture or previous coatings so we can discuss what is possible for your space.

Will a floor coating fix a damp basement?

A finished coating is not a replacement for identifying and addressing an underlying water issue. Let us know about moisture or leaks before planning a floor project so the condition of the space can be discussed.

Can I get a quote for a small basement room?

Yes, call us to discuss the room. Our minimum project is $2,000. The final quote depends on the size, concrete condition and coating options involved.
